General Information and Scope

www.stargold.ch is the online shop of Stargold Trading GmbH, Limmatquai 108, 8001 Zurich. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty provisions apply.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between online shop customers and Stargold Trading GmbH. The offer is exclusively intended for legally competent persons residing in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Acceptance of these GTC is required for placing an online order. A contract is only concluded once Stargold Trading GmbH confirms the order to the customer by email.

The company reserves the right to cancel orders. Any payments already made will be refunded to the customer in such cases.

Warranty

All warranty claims are excluded, in particular cancellation of the purchase and price reductions. No additional guarantee is provided.

If a pre-owned watch still has a valid manufacturer's warranty, the customer is entitled to this warranty service. We are happy to provide information about the exact conditions of the manufacturer's warranty and assist with the processing of warranty claims.

Prices and Payment Options

All prices are stated in Swiss francs and include the applicable statutory VAT. Changes, errors, and price adjustments are reserved.

Available payment methods:

• Advance payment (bank details for the transfer will be sent to the customer by email with the order confirmation)

• Collection by the buyer (cash payment, EC card, PostCard, and all major credit cards)

• PayPal

• VISA

• Mastercard

• PostCard, PostFinance e-finance

• TWINT

• POWERPAY – purchase by invoice with partial payment options and installment payments

MF Group / POWERPAY acts as an external payment provider and offers the payment option “Purchase by Invoice”.

With the individual invoice option, you can conveniently pay for your online purchase by invoice. If payment is not made within the specified period, you will receive a monthly invoice in the following month containing an overview of your orders.

When concluding the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice claim and processes the associated payment arrangements. For purchases by invoice, you also accept POWERPAY’s terms and conditions in addition to our GTC:

Right of Return

There is no right of return.

Availability

The final availability and expected delivery dates will be communicated and confirmed to the customer by email after the order has been placed.

Availability and delivery time information provided in the online shop is for guidance only and is not guaranteed. There is no entitlement to an order being accepted or delivered.

Exchange Policy

Please note that we generally do not accept exchanges.

Once you have placed an order and received the goods, the purchase is final and cannot be reversed. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing your order and ensuring that you have selected the correct products before completing your purchase.

Damage Claims

Please inspect the goods and packaging immediately upon receipt from the delivery service or at the post office.

If any defects or damage are found, the customer must contact the company immediately. The goods must be returned in their original packaging via registered and insured delivery.

The buyer is responsible for checking the goods for visible defects upon acceptance. Hidden defects must be reported immediately after discovery to both the transport company and Stargold Watches & Jewelry.

Where possible, we kindly ask you to take a photo or short video of the damage.

The product must be returned with all original contents and packaging. Recognition of the damage claim is subject to review and will be confirmed separately to the buyer.

Damaged or defective products may be repaired or returned.

Shipping

Orders are delivered to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein free of charge, with signature confirmation and insurance coverage (maximum CHF 5,000) via Swiss Post.

If delivery cannot be accepted, the goods will be held at the nearest post office for collection.

The costs for packaging, transport, and insurance of the ordered goods are covered by Stargold Trading GmbH.

Collection at the Store

Upon request, ordered products can be collected and paid for directly at our store (cash, EC cards, and credit cards).

Retention of Title

All delivered products remain the property of Stargold Trading GmbH until full payment has been received.
