Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

All orders are carefully and securely packaged to ensure safe transport.
Which countries does Stargold ship to?
We ship within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
Is shipping to other countries possible?
Deliveries to other countries are only possible upon request via email. Additional shipping, customs, or import costs may apply.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Pickup is available at our store at Limmatquai 108 in Zurich.
Returns and Refunds
Is there a right of return?
There is generally no right of return. All orders are binding.
Are there exceptions to the right of return?
Exceptions apply exclusively in cases of verifiable technical defects. These must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
How is a refund processed in the event of a defect?
After the reported defect has been successfully verified, the purchase price will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
