All watches and jewelry listed in the online shop www.stargold.ch are in stock and can be viewed and tried on without obligation before purchase. Your Stargold team will be happy to help you explore and find your desired items.
You are welcome to reserve your desired watch without a deposit; depending on the watch, model and time, a deposit may also be necessary.

You are also welcome to pay for the watches in cash at our store. We can usually offer price reductions for cash payment/collection. With used watches it is always individual depending on the watch model and the market situation.
We offer a large number of payment options: Mastercard, Visa, Twint, Paypal, cash payment, installment payments up to 36 months.
If you wish, you can also pay off your purchase in interest-free installments. 0% financing is possible for watches and jewelry from CHF 1,000 to CHF 10,770.
Monthly installments from 28/month to a maximum of 299/month are possible.

Yes, for watches from CHF 1,000 to CHF 10,000 it is even possible to apply for a 0% (interest-free) installment payment through our partner bobzero (a brand of the company valora).

If you pick up the items from a store, you can take them with you on the same day. When sending by post, we send A-Post, ie. Postal delivery will follow in 1-2 days.

How valuable a watch is depends on various factors:

Payout
We handle the purchase quickly, fairly, transparently and easily. We will buy your watch for cash.
Watches that are bought, worn and resold are marked as preowned, used or secondhand. There are big differences in the condition of the watches. Depending on the year of purchase, use and storage, these are in very good condition (like new) or in used condition (with minor scratches and signs of wear.)
Service and repairs
If requested, we will repair your bracelets or replace them with new steel or leather bracelets.
If the straps are too long, we can also shorten them for you.
You are welcome to visit us in the specialist shop, with or without making an appointment. You can write us an email, call us or communicate and get advice via WhatsApp (chat, telephone, video telephony). We are happy to be there for you and will cater to your needs.
Watch and jewelry purchasing
We buy watches from the following watch brands: Rolex, Audemare Piquet, Omega, Breitling, Cartier, Patek Philippe.
The easiest way is to send us photos of the watches you want to sell. Our WhatsApp number is 079 344 40 03. The higher quality the pictures, the more perspectives (front, back, side, clasp, etc.), the easier it is for us to estimate the value of the watch. As soon as we receive the pictures with the most detailed information possible, we will send you a purchase offer as quickly as possible. The evaluation and appreciation of the watch is free of charge and non-binding for you.
Yes, we generally allow reservations, but in special cases we require a certain deposit. Our watch specialists will be happy to help you purchase your dream watch.
