- General and Scope of application
www.stargold.ch is the online store of the company Stargold Trading GmbH, Badenerstrasse 356, 8004 Zurich. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty provisions apply. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the online store customers and Stargold Trading GmbH. The offer is aimed exclusively at persons of legal age who are resident in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Acceptance of these GTC is a prerequisite for the online order. The contract is only concluded when Stargold Trading GmbH confirms the order to the customer by e-mail. The company reserves the right to cancel orders. In this case, any payment already made will be refunded to the customer.
- Guarantee
Any warranty is excluded, in particular rescission and reduction are excluded. A guarantee is not granted. If the used watch has a manufacturer's warranty, the customer is entitled to this warranty service. We will be happy to inform you about the exact conditions of the manufacturer's warranty and support you in the processing of warranty claims.
- Prices and payment options
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs including VAT. Changes or errors as well as price changes are reserved.

- Availability
The definitive availability and the expected delivery dates will be communicated and confirmed to the customer by e-mail after the order has been placed. The information on availability and delivery times given in the store are to be understood as approximate values and are without guarantee. There is no entitlement to an order and delivery.
- Right of exchange
Please note that we do not accept exchanges of goods. Once you have placed an order with us and received the goods, the purchase is final and can no longer be canceled.
We therefore recommend that you check your order carefully and ensure that you have selected the correct products before finalizing your order.
- Claim
Please check the goods and packaging immediately upon receipt of the goods from the deliverer or at the post office. If a defect or damage is found, the customer should contact the company immediately. The goods must be returned in their original packaging by registered and insured delivery. The buyer is obliged to check the goods for obvious defects upon acceptance. Hidden defects must be reported to the transportation company and Stargold Uhren Bijouterie immediately upon discovery. If possible, we ask you to take a photo or short video. The product must be returned with all its original contents and packaging. We reserve the right to acknowledge the damage and will confirm this separately to the buyer. The defective or damaged product can be repaired or returned.
- Shipping
Orders are delivered to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein free of charge by Swiss Post against signature and insurance cover (max. CHF 5,000). If it is not possible to collect the goods, they will be held for collection at the nearest post office. Stargold Trading GmbH will bear the costs for packaging, transportation and insurance for the delivery of the ordered goods.
- Pick up at the store
If you wish, you can collect and pay for the products you have ordered directly on site (cash, EC and credit cards).
- Retention of title
All delivered products remain the property of Stargold Trading GmbH until full payment has been received.
- Data protection
This portal serves to provide information to customers. Stargold Trading GmbH may engage third parties for the operation of the portal. The following also applies mutatis mutandis to information that customers receive, e.g. in the form of newsletters to which they have subscribed. Stargold Trading GmbH is the owner and operator of this portal. All trademarks, names, titles, logos, images, designs, texts and other materials used on it belong to the company or one of its contractual partners. People data
